So far I've amazed myself and some how I'm running 25 mins non stop.... However I'm really ready to stop at that point, physically and mentally, and not entirely sure I can do any more. Any way I can change my mindset and push through it ???

What is holding you back from progressing? If you got from running 60 seconds to running 25 minutes it is extremely unlikely that you are actually physically unable of running 28 or 25.
If you are feeling a bit burnt out by the programme, mentally and physically, then take a few days off and see how you feel, then come back to it refreshed.
if your mojo is flagging, well that happens to us all, and more often that you would think. I have days when I really don't feel like working out, days when I jsut feel too exhausted, days when I think the whole thing is a nonsense and I am kidding myself and it is all middle life crisis vanity and I should just drin wine and enjoy life. Usually several times a week in fact. But I have learned to just shut those thoughts out, put my trainers on and, in the words of Monsieur LaBoeuf "Just Do it." And then i always feel better for having done so. And I progress. Slowly. In tiny increments. Despite setbacks. And along the way I pass the milestones I thought were impossible at the beginning, or a year ago, and still i think "Oh well, I did that, but THIS is impossible. I'm never going run X or lift Y." And still those doubts keep coming back. I doubt they will ever go away. I bet even the toppermost athletes get them. But you just do it anyway.
