I've just finished the last run of week 4, looking forward to starting week 5 on Friday (my weeks are all over the place because of the bank holiday). First two seem doable. Not completed a 20min continuous run for almost 2 years - as I've done it before I know I should be able to do it, mind over matter and all that!

I'm doing W5R3 tomorrow morning. First two definitely doable for anyone who has the previous weeks in the bag. I am really looking forward to tomorrow. I want to see how far I am running (slowly of course) over that time, as it will be my first gauge of what sort of time a 5k would take me.
I am nervous of course, but I have come this far by trusting the programme. I am just NOT going to focus on running down the clock.
