Get running

Hi I did the couch to 5k a year and a half ago and just gave up, I ended up having no one to run with so last week I decided to get back to it by myself I've done week one and did the first run on week 2 today. It's tough running that extra 3 seconds is a lot harder than u think but I'm enjoying it

Yay for you for coming back, good luck with W2!

I've just completed my first run of the second week and I'm surprised at how worn out I feel !! You're right those extra few seconds makes a lot of difference !!!

Well done you to come back maybe we can virtually run together ? I'm going to do my second run on Saturday morning, I'm hopping I'll have some energy by then 😃xx

Well I'm finding it hard to get a day of rest in between as some days don't suit so I'm doing my second run this evening but then I won't b doing my 3rd until saturday. The 30 seconds feels so long I dread week 3 haha
