I completed C25K over a year ago; it took a while to get there as I'd never run before and am a troublesome asthmatic, but I got there and loved running. Unfortunately I fell down a rabbit hole last September and injured my foot, with the aid of new running shoes I'm back and enthusiastic... unfortunately my lungs are arguing with me right now. I'm struggling for puff and have been wheezy since my last run two days ago. Off to the gym to continue today but wondered if others on here are asthmatic and struggling too?

I have mild asthma. Please tell me you have an inhaler and have used it because being wheezy for two days does not sound fun!
I am not asthmatic but I have advanced heart valve disease with an enlarged right heart chamber. Having Open Heart Surgery in around 8 weeks for it and I can honestly say my exercise response is poor (my progress slow) and I am currently easily breathless when out running so I do sympathise with you.
