The week 3 at our running group is run 3 mins walk 1 min - really think this will be too much for me as I'm struggling to run 2 mins. What do others think and is there anyone else who did it at this pace? Thanks

Only 1 minute of walking is quite short. The NHS C25K is much gentler. Although it's probably proven to work so maybe you've cope better than you think.
