Completed WK1 (for the second time), as was said by Anniemurph on my last post I have retained more of my "fitness" than I thought. Saying this I am still going to stick with the plan, and not skip forward. Slow and steady wins the race!
The only change I have made is that I now use a Hiit timer on my phone, only as I have done the course up to week 7 previously (and I can only listen to royalty free music for a certain amount of time). In my personal situation it enables me to add extra intervals in the early runs, as I was feeling I had more to give at the end of the run.
Catch you at the end of WK2 8)

Excellent, well done! Good idea to stick with the plan though because you're so right, slow and steady is better. You have plenty of time afterwards to do more. Keep posting to let us know how you're getting on
