Yay! Week 2 Run 2 done (whilst suffering from a mild gout attack), feeling very chuffed, looking forward to Run 3. At the moment I'm finding quite easy, I know that there will be more testing times ahead but bring them on I say!!!

Each week will stretch you more than the last. Each time I start a new week I wonder how I will be able to step up to the next stage - but somehow it happens. It keeps it interesting I feel always being at the edge of your ability.
It is a great programme. See you at graduation. I'll race you there...er ...slowly!
