Hi just started week two and done my first run and I got to say I am feeling really good, good about myself and my legs are fine apart from my shins just sore even on the bone, it's nothing to bad just can feel it, is this normal?

Maybe you are landing a tad heavily.. we do tend to thump our feet down at first.... so focused on doing it right and so tense :)

So.. slow down, and try to land lightly... fairy steps :) See how it goes ?

As Floss says - or it might be your shoes. What shoes are you running in? I started C25K in the trainers I had and by Week 3 I was crying with the pain in my shins :( Someone suggested gait analysis. I went and had this done, got the right shoes and have never looked back. Expensive, but I couldn't have carried on. There are loads of posts on here if you search gait analysis but please go to a reputable sports shop if you choose to have it done :)
