Well thats week 7 cracked and out the way , even after having to wait 5 days to do run 3 . Looking forward to week 8 with trepidation , im sure in the knowledge those extra 3 minutes are gonna make me dig deep . Still struggling with breathing properly , half way through the run i seem to find a rhythm and then it goes again (maybe im just a slow learner 🤣🤣🤣 ) . Anyway st georges day so im off to celebrate i the pub (it will only be the one )
