Just finnished my week 5 with that 20 min run! I couldn't believe it I didn't stop, slow or get a stitch. If anything I felt I could keep going! I run round my field every other day and I have now created a track from where I run 😂 Bring on week 6!

Wahay! Well done!! Don't run any extra though! Hold back, for now. You can go further, faster etc once you have built your running legs, which isn't just yet. It takes time, so in the mean time go steady
