I completed R3W6 earlier this evening and 'Laura', the lovely voice of the NHS C25K app, informed me that as I had completed the 25-minute run, I could now call myself a runner. Hehe, Laura --Steady on lass. Three more weeks to go yet!

Hi there... Yes I keep reminding myself, as I "run" ... if thats what you call my shambolic jogging... puffing and red faced. .. that I am a runner coz Laura said so. Well done. j
