I know, it"s great in it! Take care not to overdo it though ! Stick, with the programme and go steady 🙂🏃♀️🐕

Hi Stevy, it's a great programme isn't it? I'm at the same stage as you & had all the same concerns but with the support of this fab community I've kept going. Glad you're enjoying the changing seasons too (even if that entails more dogs!) - keep going steady & have a plan for how you'll keep going afterwards. I'm aiming to gradually bridge the gap to 10k so that I can run a race for charity which is one of the reasons I started running. Good luck! See you at the graduation party!!

Great news Stevy ...you have got this😊
Happy running to graduation and beyond....x

When you graduate c25k there are the fab, free stepping stones podcasts and then Bridge to 10k podcasts so plenty of choice ☺

All of em. Starting with SS ☺
