Well that was a bloody suprise. Thanks plan for changing it up mid week ! :O Still did it . So take that !!

I've done my research and know day 3 is flipping ridiculous jump up! Its like the plan is somehow telling me to pull my socks up.

... and yet, it works! It does seem an incredible jump and I remember thinking that I would never be able to do it, but just remember, you are ready for this. All the runs so far have prepared you for this and you not only can do this, you WILL do this! Trust the program, take it easy at the start and if it starts feeling hard, slow down, then if you need to, slow down some more!! It doesn't matter what speed you manage, so long as you keep putting one foot in front of the other. Good luck - and let us know how you get on.

Today's the day. I have pains and a rather worrying situation with my left knee but I'm going to give it a bash. Will post back when done and hopefully staring at week 6.
