After quitting smoking 8 weeks ago, after 40 years I decided to do this year's Race for Life. Downloaded the C25K and didn't really expect to survive the first run - I have just done week 4 day 2 - can't quite believe it!

Well done....on both giving up smoking and running.... .im9 years cig free and a bloater trying to run....about to start week 9 and it's an amazing programme....keep going you'll get there!!
