Encouragement

Thanks for great messages after I wrote about C25K success at the age of 63.

Just to say - I did exactly what C25K said, took the full eight (I think) weeks and ran/walked three times a week, obeying that voice on the app. I'm sure it is about taking it one stage at a time, and also not believing that because you have never run, you will never be able to. If I can do it, anyone can do it.

Good luck to anyone thinking about giving it a go, and the best advice I had is not to rush - the important thing is to keep going.

Well done Beth! I couldn't have said it better, I've just graduated today at the grand age of 59yrs and 11 months and agree with everything you say. We really must get the word out there... if we can do it so can most people.

I'll be thinking of you next time I'm running. Happy running!
