Hooray, success! Thanks to Roseabi & others on this Forum for the Fartlekking advice, enabling me to do more training during the week & Denise, the Parkrun 32 minute pace setter (& dog) who talked me into a fast last km.

Well done! I heard it! Was the dog just in front of you going over the finish line? Then he or she got an even better pb! I thought I heard 2 sonic bangs!😁
