Not as bad as I expected, but definitely harder than straight 20 minute run. Managed to hello to a runner running in the opposite direction (I'm sure has twice as fast and going further) and a very nice man walking to station, said "good for you" as I was doing my cool down walk with a rather red sweaty face. Lovely sunny day too.
