hi guys

finished week 4 this weekend and starting week 5 on Tuesday

i will now be able to run Tue/Thu and Sat which means i can go for a walk on Sun morning and still recover by Tuesday evening

I know a short walk is not to much but mine tend to be 12/18 miles in 4/5 hours non stop

Walking is fab for health and wellbeing. If you walk everywhere you burn serious calories 🙂
