Thank you for all your comments, yes I had a lovely day, what glen from parkrun got mixed up with is my actual 6th birthday isn't until tomorrow but was celebrating it at parkrun on the closest saturday which was yesterday, I got to guide around my friend Phil who is also a brain injury survivor, he is visually impaired so I'm his informal guide for around parkrun, I suppose you could say one of my many talents :) I love to help people and to guide phil around the bolton parkrun course just made the day extra special :)
