I believe all is OK HB there was a post from AM on the Push Yourself forum to say she was going visit family after Parkrun until Monday. Looks like there was no time to post after the run. Doubtless we will hear about it tomorrow or Tuesday. I too missed reading of her adventures yesterday.

Go for it! Im quite enjoying it but am doing it with the knee ones, could only do 1 of the others!! Only done 1st 2 days yet!!

She said on the "push yourself" push up challenge forum she was visiting family for weekend after parkrun so I think that's at its delayed maybe! 😊

Yes Miss Wobble, she was on a post of mine earlier. She did parkrun but then went straight from there to visit family in Liverpool. She was just going to start assembling a new wardrobe and then put a post up xxx
