Parkrun recommendations Great London?

So I'm going to be in London for a weekend soon and am contemplating taking my running gear and going to a parkrun as where I live the nearest one is about an hour away so have only made it once so far... Looking on the parkrun website there are loads...any recommendations? Going to be staying near Euston so somewhere that's fairly easy for a country bumpkin to navigate to from there by tube or walking would be preferable! Thanks

If you're staying around Euston I would think your easiest ones to get to would be Finsbury Park (Finsbury Park tube on Victoria/Piccadilly line) or Highbury Fields (Highbury and Islington tube on Victoria line) - both very easily accessible by public transport and only a few stops from Euston.

Hampstead Heath is a short walk from the tube, on the Northern line. Its very pretty but a bit hilly.

Thanks folk, I'll have a look at those. I'm training for a hilly 10k at the moment so a hilly parkrun might be good practice!

Pick up the northern line at Euston, get off at Hampstead. From the tube turn left out of station and head for the royal free hospital as a land mark. Walk past the hospital down to the bottom junction. Stand with your back to the door of. M and S food . Look across the double junction and at about about two oclock you will see the park entrance . Easy 10 minute walk. Its a lovely park , look for the parrots😀 And the celebrities👍🏼. Enjoy!

Ps its left directly out of the tube entrance.....dont cross over the road.

Just letting you both know I did my parkrun tourism in London yesterday and ended up going to Finsbury Park in the end as was a bit of a rush in the morning and loved it. Beautiful sunny morning and so much bigger than my home parkrun which has 30-40 folk at most usually! Thanks for the recommendations next time I'll maybe try hampstead heath x
