On Monday I had a great run, but I couldn't say the same about Wednesday's and today's, I am back to the usual 20 minutes of hell after the first 8 minutes of "I think I can manage". But I can see the end of the programme in the horizon and I couldn't be more excited! I already downloaded the C25K+ podcasts to continue my journey, I might be able to run for 30 minutes, but I am far from running 5K. Today, as it was the last run of week 8 and by the end of it I wasn't feeling extremely exhausted I decided to keep running for an extra 2 minutes and finally hit 30. It felt great, but by the end I had done 3.7K so, still a lot to work on!
