I did it!! I actually ran 35 minutes as I wanted to hit the 5k (which I did!). There were hills too! I'm so so elated and actually feel a bit emotional.
I cannot thank all of you enough for your support and advice and laughter along the way. For all of you just starting this plan really does work.
Party tonight at my favourite Italian with my girls for pasta and salsa dancing and of course prosecco!!
