Finally started the plan

Well I've been hesitant but finally admit defeat and did my first step on the plan. Round 2 tomorrow afternoon. All went well after having a brief period of what felt like tendonitis which frustrated me no end. Did it on the treadmill and involved a lot of pressing buttons each minute but was manageable. Feels good to have some structure.

Well done. From your previous posts, it seems you should have some base of aerobic fitness but nonetheless just keep the running pace nice and slow even it feels like you can breeze through the early weeks.
