So after repeating 1st & 2nd week I was so hesitant at attempting wk3, but now I'm so glad I decided to at least try!
It's all down to the amazing people who post encouragements & their doubts & then achievements on here- I wouldn't have even tried otherwise, thank you for all your honesty!

I'm starting week 5 tonight. Weeks 3 and 4 were good as I got into such a good head space. I'm sure i'll have a few bumps on the way to week 9 but I have good tools (ie this forum) to help get over them.
My first attempt at week 3 (6 weeks ago - which is where I lost all confidence) was a disaster as all I kept thinking about was getting to the end and posting a photo to instagram, saying I had done it.
Now I only focus on the run as it is happening, and getting to the end of each interval.
Trust the program - none of the runs are going to be easy, but if you have completed the runs from the week before, you are ready to move on to the next week. (At least you are ready physically, beating the on board gremlins can often take more time!).
Just remember always, there is no such thing as too slow - keep your pace down and if you start feeling too tired, slow down some more.
Yes thank you agedsnailpace! I'm discovering slow & then very slow, but it's not a race is it.? The achievement of even being out there is huge for me!
