I've really enjoyed this program and although I haven't finished yet - I'm about to start week 8 - I'm already worried about carrying on without Laura. I see there are three more podcasts but what is the difference between with or without intro?

The difference is you. There are routes you can go down:
- There are extended podcasts you can use.
- You can join a running group
-You can set yourself goals or times
_ Why not register for a race (a 10k in the summer perhaps) and train for that?
- There are aps that can track, monitor and encourage your running
I have seen people advertise on gumtree for running buddies (normal warnings apply!). Or why not try and get someone you know to be your new running buddy>

Hi I'm about to start my final week. From week seven I haven't used the podcast as there are no walking breaks. Instead I use a run tracker app and my own running play list of music (which is better than the pod cast music). I intend to carry on going out three times a week and improve my distance initially. Then I aim on training for 10k. No limits!
The difference is that laura talks you through the podcast as an Introduction. You may want to listen to this the first time or so but then use the podcast without intro there after. The chouce is yours, enjoy.
