Finished week 8 and juat downloaded podcast for week nine ready for next week. Feels really odd that it will be last week of c25k.

Yes, it's weird feeling, but there's no reason why you can't listen to the podcasts again. Some poeple run to week 9 for ages, some like me re-use them after injury, or for intervals, or just because you want to hear a bit of Laura's music. Yes weird I know, but I quite like most of it, like a comfy cardigan!
Weird ... but exciting. You're almost there I graduated earlier this week and have kept some of the podcasts, including W9, to use from time to time. Laura will never be too far away lol.. Good luck for W9x
It is a strange feeling, a mixture of excitement at graduating and uncertainty about whether you can go it alone! Nevertheless, graduation proves you worked very hard to run for 30 massive minutes - very well done. I graduated about a year ago and I tried to go straight on to a 10k programme. It just didn't work for me, my legs were still in shock from the weekly increases in run times for the 9 weeks of C25K. I dropped back to running 3 x 30 minutes for a couple of weeks. On one of my run days, I felt good and ran a little longer and covered 5.5k. After that I ran 2 x 5k and had a "long" run day - a 6, 7, 8 and then a 10! All done nice and slowly. As long as my legs felt ok on a run and they recovered well, I just kept plodding!
Everyone on here is inspirational no matter at which stage they are. I really am in awe at everyone's journey. So proud to be part of this running family.
