Wk7r3 consolidating

So I cracked out a 4.5k in 30 mins, I know I shouldn't be doing this yet, but after accidentally doing 5.32k at the weekend it felt too easy to do the prescribed 25 minutes...I've found a larger circuit around my village so I pushed myself round that once more and did a 30 minute run.. my goal now is to consolidate running for the 30 mins/ 5k before I start working on my pace although I'm consistently running a km in 7mins and a few secs which is steady and doable :) think I might have to treat myself to some new running clothes... 😉
