Just finished run 3 of week 4, gosh that felt hard run 1 was easier and then run 2 & 3 just felt harder, even though I slowed down on both. I think at one point a tortoise passed me, but I can't be sure he was moving so fast! Ah well on to Monday and week 5!

I think the jump between Week 3 and 4 is the biggest in the programme! Saying that, there is sometimes no rhyme or reason as to why some runs feel worse than others. You still did it though and achieved more than those on the couch.
