Hello all

Just finished run 3 of week 4, gosh that felt hard run 1 was easier and then run 2 & 3 just felt harder, even though I slowed down on both. I think at one point a tortoise passed me, but I can't be sure he was moving so fast! Ah well on to Monday and week 5!

Walking is fine for rest days as is swimming, cycling, yoga, etc. Have you tried the NHS strength and flex podcasts?
