After getting up to week 8 last Year but stopping because of illness, holidays work etc. And a few start stop since Xmas now I am on week 3r3also running on my own now but actually enjoying it. Hopefully by next year when I reach 60 I will be able to run 5k, Changed my route and now Hubby picks me up so I don't have to run/walk back home up a off putting hill so feeling more confident I can complete.

Having to start again is a setback but this time you know you can get to W8 and graduation is only a small step from there, so if you stay healthy all you need is to stay motivated - and that's easier now that Spring is round the corner :) I won't wish you good luck because that's not what you need, you need the determination to carry you through the low points that this time you're going to make it!

if you keep running you will get stronger and fitter and ready to tackle that hill. I used to go miles out of my way to avoid even modest gradients. I don't now 😀Have fun 🙂

Good for you for getting out there again. But I bet you'll be tackling that hill soon after you graduate!

You can! You know the drill all the way to Week 8 and Week 9 is only an extra couple of minutes so you can do it! You're well on the way having got back to W3R3 so you'll have that 5k in the bag long before your birthday! :)
