I started Week 4 again today as still finding it hard amd hoping by the end of the week to feel ready to move on to Week 5. I dont think it helps knowing whats coming!!!!

Don't over think it. Just line the next run up,and think about that. Don"t worry about further one down the line, that can wait.
Just go nice and slow. You'll be fine. This is fun, not an appointment with fear 😀

I found W4 way harder than W5, if you manage to finish it move on, you'll see you can handle it.

Once you've done week 4, you should be physically ready to move on. It is the fear of what's ahead that is the real issue. Nice and slow. You can totally do this.😊
