Week 8 approaches and I'm thinking about strengthening core & leg muscles. I've had a look online and most of them seem to be "Plank" and versions off - I cannot support my upper body on my hands due to arthritic shoulders & I wondered what everyone else is doing.

I can recommend crunches, lunges, leg raises, squats, Russian twists, wall sits. I do lots of things on my rest days, but I was doing those before I started couch to 5k so don't push yourself too hard, cross training is good though
