Did a Parkrun this morning, my last was in November. Disappointed that my time was 2 minutes slower this time. However, I have a bit of leg pain going on, had a sports massage this week but still have the pain. I can run through it though. I also haven't done a full 5k since 31st December, so my new Garmin tells me. So I guess maybe it wasn't so bad after all. I just need to get out there a bit more!
