Hello all

I am a 52 year old man, I received a fitbit charge 2 for Christmas, I must have been a very good boy! So the new year I thought lets get fitter!!! I have increased my steps to 11000 per day and begun the C25K

I have a treadmill, so I began week 1 running at 5mph and walking at 3mph. I completed week 1, however I have now done week 1 three times to build up my strength and my legs which were a bit tight with lack of exercise..... so now I will begin week 2.

Well done. Keep going it really is worth it and looks like you're taking the right approach of repeating weeks until comfortable. Keep us posted with your progress.

looking at week 2, the runs increase to 90 seconds, should I stick at 5mph or go to 4mph?
