just beginning!

Hello all

I am a 52 year old man, I received a fitbit charge 2 for Christmas, I must have been a very good boy! So the new year I thought lets get fitter!!! I have increased my steps to 11000 per day and begun the C25K

I have a treadmill, so I began week 1 running at 5mph and walking at 3mph. I completed week 1, however I have now done week 1 three times to build up my strength and my legs which were a bit tight with lack of exercise..... so now I will begin week 2.

  • looking at week 2, the runs increase to 90 seconds, should I stick at 5mph or go to 4mph?

  • just completed week 2/1 ran at 5mph and walked at 3mph, puffing very hard at the end!!
