Thank you for all the encouraging messages. I decided to just get out and get it done, can't say I enjoyed it but I finished it and round my nearest local route which is quite hilly in places, it wasn't pretty but then I couldn't see myself! And boy the hot shower I had when I got home has to be the best shower ever! 3 runs to go ............ eeeek
