Had everything happen today.
Phone / run keeper didn't want to work correctly, a heavy shower, a motorist purposely trying to soak me by driving through a puddle, nearly falling over and then boiling hot sunshine.
Awful run today but I kept going.
Ran for 28 minutes but was absolutely worn out by the end !
So next time I run it will be the final week. I can't wait !
I'm sorry you had such a nasty time out there. I hate rude people like that. Good for you for sticking it out!

Maybe doing W9 R1 tomorrow morning (Sunday) but shall see how I feel in the morning as I have also got an appointment at the Amex Stadium to see Samoa v USA in the Rugby World Cup !! Whilst I am on a diet I may also have to check out the beer !
