Just finished W3R3, and feeling positive about W4! 33% through C25K! Early signs of showing off: running for busses, jogging down the road to the station for a train I would formerly have missed. I'm even eyeing up some 5k routes for when I graduate. Today was grey and grizzly, so here's a pic from Saturday's run instead.
