Please feel free to share your runs here and chat about how it's all going, sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week.

If your a lurker it is a great place to say a little hi without the pressure of a full post.

Wishing you all a happy healthy week.

Morning all

No running but I have expectations πŸ˜€

Good luck folks. Take care out there. It could be slippery!

No running currently..until body gives the all clear! Some core strength exercises on cross-trainer.. :) Just slow and steady, as ever :)

I am teetering on week 9 of C25K. Funnily enough I am having more success doing the distance when it's frosty as I slow down due to ice. This means I can get round the whole run.

All running plans are off. I've caught a very bad cold. I'm so tired and my head is heavy. πŸ€§πŸ€§πŸ€’πŸ˜·

Bah, don't think tonight's run is going to happen, even though it would be by far the best thing for my stressed head. :( I've only just managed to eat my tea - and I was far too hungry to go before eating. Now need to do baking for Miss Rainbow to take to school tomorrow. And just want to sleep. Or cry. Or sleep. Not a good evening at all.

(On the bright side, my cookies look and smell amazing. And I can't have any cos there's only just enough for her class. Bah.)

Hello.

It's my first post here, after lurking for my first 2 weeks of C25K. I'm about to do W3R1 today, and i'm really pleased how the programme is going so far. W2R2 was a bit nasty - earphones kept falling out in the rain, bit of a shoulder stitch, heavy legs, but overall feeling positive, if a little concerned about what W3 is going to throw at me!

Definitely enjoy hearing everyone's stories and support for each other!

Kept my mum company on W1R2 today. She did really well in some very icy conditions. We had to run on the grass, better for her knees but takes more energy. She says she's doing it to prove a point to my father, but I hope she starts to do it for herself soon. I'm personally pleased that I've managed to get someone else doing c25k. It really is life changing if you embrace it.
