Temporarily. Woke up pretty late and it was really really tough this morning to get off the bed. Just about managed to get to work.
Was feeling really bad for missing the morning run. No much joy at work either. Generally bad mood for the whole day.

Decided to run anyway in the evening!
Reached home at 9 PM and managed to change and go out straight.
.
Before I know it, 3 intervals done and dusted and half way through to finishing the run.
.
Just had a sleety afternoon and slushy icy roads everywhere. Thought I wouldn't be able to run but the sky has cleared up in the evening.
.
Feeling pretty chuffed that I didn't miss the last day of week 2!

Good for you at getting yourself out there in the evening! I'm back on Couch to 5K for the New Year. I definitely prefer to run in the mornings, so I've been trying to make sure it happens for fear I wouldn't run later in the day.
