I haven't run since New Years Day as it's been too icy here in the evenings.... I'm feeling lethargic and a bit fed up.... Who knew that a promise of dull cloudy drizzly days over the weekend could lift my spirits. Watch out parkrun here I come!!

It has been icy here on my run days and it does put you off!! I was also pleased to see the temperature rise for the weekend and next week so hoping to lace up my trainers too! Enjoy the warmer weather.
Totally agree I have been checking weather reports to see if I can run next morning. I go out at 5 am as i cant do evenings amd have decided it must be more than 3 degrers before I do as I dont wamt to be on the IC
