Well Yoga with LJ yesterday was another eyeopener! Who knew the gentle motion to 'clasp your knees to your chest' was about a foot away………..just about grasping my knees with my hands was all I could manage. Those big old guts just keep getting in the way! But I stretched and rocked and sat on my sitting bones (yes, they are there folks), and was satisfied when it was over. So another goal is to be able to clasp knees to chest!

Winston and I out for 2nd run of the week this morning and it was good. A little overcast and damp so asthma was trying to make it harder for me, but managed. Was expecting to be stiff from running but haven’t been as yet so that’s a bonus. One thing I did notice was that my Achilles on my left heel was pulling a bit, any ideas how to stop that? Loving the tune ‘This is the greatest daaaayyy’, really spurs me on…xx

  • Heel drops should sort out your Achilles xx

  • What are they? I have fallen arches so got some New Balance trainers which are quite comfortable, although not as stiff as previous 860 V3 ones which were lovely...xx
