New Year...New Bra...

Happy New Year to all of you. It has been many months since I posted anything. Reason being I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in July and had the tumour successfully removed in September. I am recovering well and thought today would be a great day to try out my new sports bra and begin the C25K challenge.

I have just returned from my first run and looking forward to my next one on Tuesday.
