So went out this evening for my second run of the week, was going to take the good advice I have had and try a run from week 2, so off I went well in to the 5 minute warm up walk, and I lost Laura, my podcast had not downloaded and I had lost 3G. Rather than give up I just told myself to put on my running tracks and go for it and do as much as I could.
Well I was quite surprised that after 3 months of almost no running I did 3k almost in one go, slight stop for a breather at top of incline, in 29 minutes, still slow.... But I did it and without Laura😅
