Please Help with Podcast

Not being a very 'tech savvy' person, I am struggling to get COUCH 25K podcasts on to my android phone I am confused because I used to have it on an old phone approx. 4 years ago, I somehow put it on to that phone and then completed the whole thing !! I was SO proud of myself then. I have been a bit rubbish at running for various reasons since . The most recent problem being a grade 3 tear in my calf muscle. I have been signed off by the physio now though and am ready to start again from scratch. Can anyone give me some really simple instructions to get the podcasts on to my phone please . I really want the one with Laura and the music too. Can anyone help please ?

Search for and install Podcast Player - Free. Open app on your phone, click the spyglass search icon at top right. Type NHS couch and a list should appear with the C25K podcast at the very top. Click on the plus sign, and the series will be added to your phone (clear the details window that appears by hitting your back arrow). Click on the C25K and you'll see a list of all the episodes to play.

Nb I tried downloading the podcasts to my phone and they wouldn't play, so I looked for a podcast player in Google Play
