I was feeling keen to get started on Week 9, feeling that the end is in sight; all was going well, 5, 10, 15, 20 mins then just as Laura said you've run for 25 minutes only 5 minutes to go, my left knee started to hurt. Despite already going slowly I tried to slow down even more but within a few steps I knew it wasn't going to be a good idea to keep running on it 🙁. It felt OK walking so I just walked home, although there was some weird clicking on the outside of the knee. I'm really really hoping that a day's rest and it will be OK....

Injuries have been a big problem for me too. But it also builds your personal resilience. Just look after yourself. I found that my piriformis syndrome needed daily stretching, and a better pair of trainers!

Hopefully you will get better soon :)
