I had planned to leave work early & fit in a run before dark.
I left an hour later than I'd planned & the whole way home in the pouring rain, I just had to keep telling myself "skin is waterproof" "there's no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes"
I didn't allow myself to think about it too much when I got home, changed & off I set. π§π§π
Wk9r2 in the bag and some! (35 mins). Home soaked, but good. (Funny it's hard to go into the rain, but it's not hard to have a shower!!)
Next run - hopefully Park Run on Sat am!!
No more runs in the dark for the next 3 weeks, as I finish work on Friday & should be able to run in the daylight. π

I regularly walk my dog in the rain, but that's with head to toe waterproofs - so choosing to go & run in the rain is a whole new challenge:). (lol choosing to go & run, is a whole new experiance!)
Oh congratulations, you are so close now. Parkrun for your graduation, that's just grand. Looking forward to reading your run report for that one! Have a great time. ππππΌββοΈππ»ππΌββοΈππ»ππ»ππ»ππ
