Just jogged 5K without stopping in just over 34 minutes. I started the program 6 weeks ago and as a previous runner I figured if I can run 1 mile I should be able to run 3. It was the podcasts and Laura that got me through the first tough weeks after discharge from cardiac rehab when jogging for just 1 minute was a challenge. Still have a way to go before I try to better my slowest park run time and beat my 9 year old son ( 'beat' as in win
I am recovering and I'm very happy.
