After my knee issues last week I took an extended 5 day break and did week 2 again. The last time I really struggled but this time I felt it get easier as I went along. Run 3 which I did tonight was a breeze. The days off helped the knee recover and didn't feel pain this time round.

I'll be travelling next week . Will see how that will affect the programme but will do my best. Now for a crack at week 3...

Well done. Just go very slowly. You'll be fine as long as you go steady. Have fun!
