My little girl is on the mend, Ive went out for my 2nd 25 minute run earlier today, I even managed a few extra hills than usual (worked out as an extra 16m of elevation compared to my last 25 minutes) and despite that I went slightly faster and further as well. Im sure I could squeeze out another 3 minutes at least so im just going to skip on to 28 minutes on monday, if its too much I can walk after the 25 so its not too crazy an idea I hope.
I also popped on the scales this morning and Ive lost 10lbs since starting c25k, Ive got loads left to lose, but its good to see them ticking down
